Taco Sliders

Taco Sliders are a miniaturized version of classic tacos, perfect for snacking or a fun party appetizer. They're loaded with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and all your favorite taco toppings!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium-high heat until it turns brown

Get rid of extra fat

Mix the taco seasoning with a little water after the beef is cooked

After you stir the mixture well, let it cook for a few minutes until it gets thicker

After cutting the slider buns in half, put some of the taco meat mixture on the bottom half of each one

The meat should have cheddar cheese on top of it

Over the cheese, put small pieces of tomato, onion, and lettuce

Put the top half of the slider bun on top of each one and lightly press down

Set a griddle or skillet on medium heat to get it hot

Toast the sliders on both sides until the cheese melts and the buns turn golden

Serve hot with salsa and sour cream on the side to dip

Have fun with your tasty Taco Sliders!
