5-Ingredient No-Bake Vegan French Silk Pie



Indulge in the rich and creamy goodness of a classic French silk pie without any dairy or baking required. This vegan version is made with just five simple ingredients, resulting in a decadent dessert that will satisfy any sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 14 oz can full-fat coconut milk, chilled
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 9-inch vegan graham cracker crust

Instructions:

Melt the vegan chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds

In a separate bowl, scoop out the solid coconut cream from the chilled can of coconut milk, leaving the liquid behind

Using a hand mixer, beat the coconut cream until fluffy

Add melted chocolate, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the whipped coconut cream

Beat until well combined

Pour the filling into the prepared vegan graham cracker crust
