Ingredients:
- 12 oz farfalle pasta
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced, for garnish
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook the farfalle pasta until it is al dente
Remove the water and set it aside
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
Add the minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until the garlic smells good
Put peas in the pan and cook them for two to three minutes, until they get soft
Put cooked farfalle pasta in the pan with garlic and peas
Throw it all together well
