Air-Fried Haddock is a quick and healthy meal that the whole family will enjoy. It has a tasty breadcrumb coating and is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. When you use an air fryer, the fish is cooked perfectly without using too much oil. It's a great dinner idea for a weeknight!
Ingredients:
- 4 haddock fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 400F 200C for 5 minutes
In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper
Brush both sides of each haddock fillet with olive oil
Dredge each fillet in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the fish to adhere
Place the breaded haddock fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't overlap
Air fry the haddock at 400F 200C for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork
Flip the fillets halfway through the cooking time for even browning
Serve the air-fried haddock hot with lemon wedges for added flavor
