Keto Za'atar Vinaigrette



This za'atar seasoning blend makes a tasty and keto-friendly vinaigrette that is great for dressing salads or marinating meats.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp za'atar seasoning
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Salt, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and minced garlic should all be mixed together in a small bowl using a whisk

Add pepper and salt to taste

You can serve it right away or put it in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week
