These hash brown rounds don't need any oil and are soft on the inside but crispy on the outside. They go well with any meal. Not only are they healthy and vegan, but they're also very easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, grated
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chickpea flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C
In a large bowl, combine grated potatoes, chopped onion, chickpea flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined
Using your hands, shape the mixture into small rounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the hash brown rounds are crispy and golden brown
Remove from the oven and serve hot as a delicious and oil-free side dish or breakfast option
